A native of Baltimore, MD, Gregory has always had a genuine love for photography and architecture. He could often be found taking pictures by the water or photographing beautiful old homes in the many cities he’s traveled. Gregory received an Associate’s of Architectural Engineering Degree and also a Mechanical Engineering Certificate from Catonsville Community College and the University of Maryland, College Park. In addition, Gregory has 7 Microsoft System Certifications.
With over 30+ years of experience in information systems technology and business management, Gregory has many professional achievements and honors. An entrepreneur at heart, Gregory always understood the value of a real estate and its wealth potential. He and his wife Stephanie attended property auctions for months. They went from being afraid to bid on properties, to buy two properties on the same day. His passion and hunger to learn more about real estate led him to obtain his real estate license.
After working in the real estate field part-time, he and Stephanie were both encouraged by the appreciation received from their clients that real estate was their calling. Working in corporate America on several high-tech projects helped hone his attention to detail and refine his project management skills. Gregory manages each transaction like a project with the goal of staying in control to avoid confusion. Educating others to make smart decisions and helping others to build wealth through real estate has become his mission. Providing answers and solutions to clients’ problems have proved to be his strength. Gregory’s commitment and natural leadership lead him to be selected to serve two years on the Agent Leadership Committee (ALC) with his brokerage. Being able to discuss with clients not only home cosmetic items but also educating them about what’s behind the walls has proved to be a major value-add to his clients.
His dedication to colleagues, clients, and his community has provided several awards each year since being a professional licensed realtor. Gregory is a competitive bowler, and enjoys photography and cruising the bay in his boat. He is a member of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity and attends First Baptist Church of Glenarden.
