Growing up in such a culturally and architecturally-rich city led Audri to her career in Real Estate. Her love of Washington, DC & Maryland, when combined with her knowledge of the Metro area’s rapidly-changing housing market, is an asset to her buyer clients in helping them to navigate the buying process and secure their desired home. Whether they are transplants or natives, each client has their own story to weave into the beautiful tapestry that is the living history of the Washington Metropolitan area.
Audri Cabness’ love for the DC Metro area runs deep from Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, and Adams Morgan to Bethesda, Bowie, and Benning Road. Growing up, Audri would spend early Saturday mornings at Eastern Market, summers at the Capitol Hill Natatorium, and Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW). There were Fall festivals in Adams Morgan, red line commutes to Dupont Circle, and watching the fireworks on the Capitol Lawn. To say she knows every part of the city would be an understatement. Audri is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, The Prince George’s County Association of Realtors, and the Maryland Association of Realtors and sits on the Board as chairwoman of Sebastien’s Smile Foundation Incorporated. She recently published a children’s book ScootieToots And The Feathers From Heaven, which was written to help families heal after the loss of a child. She is also the CEO of a successful line of hair care products sold online at Walmart.
